How do I interpret the Comments Analysis in Website Testing?
In this help, we'll discuss how to use the Comments analysis to:
- View comments left by respondents
View comments left by respondents
During the entirety of the study, respondents can leave comments that pertain to the website/prototype or the study itself. Comments are completely optional, which means that respondents writing them usually have good reason for doing so. In the Comments analysis, you can keep track of all comments.
- Comments are grouped by the step where the respondent left the comment. Steps may include:
- Tasks
- Messages (Welcome, Instructions, Thank you)
- Questionnaires (Pre-study, Post-study, Post-task)
- Microphone check (if think-aloud is enabled)
- Crowd Feedback (Post-study or Post-task)
- Use the dropdown at the top of the analysis to switch between comment groups. Which comment groups are available depends on the setup of your study and the features you used.
- Each comment contains text and the name of the author. Click the author's name to view their details.
