What can I do in the Free plan? What projects is it suitable for?

The Free plan can be used for small projects or for trying out a limited version of UXtweak with full features. In the Free plan, certain properties of the plan such as the maximum number of respondents per study are limited. After a study is finished, its results can be viewed for 14 days. However, your data will be stored for 12 months, so if you decide to upgrade your plan, you’ll be able to see them again.

When does the monthly plan reset?

The date when a new monthly period starts for your account depends on the date when you first started using your paid plan - not the beginning of the calendar month. The time of day when you're charged is the same each billing cycle, same as the time when your plan was first activated. You can find the time of the next billing in My Account section Payments & subscriptions. The time of the next billing is displayed in the time zone set in your account.

Do you offer yearly subscriptions?

Yes. With a Basic plan, you can subscribe on an annual basis. Custom plans are always billed annually. All in all, annual subscriptions are easier on your wallet, with lower cost per month than a monthly subscription to the same plan. To see the price, simply switch from monthly to annual billing in the price list.

Which payment methods do you support?

Currently, we support payments via credit or debit cards. We use Stripe, a payment gateway provider which is certified to the highest industry standards. We do not store your card details. In fact, your card information is securely processed by the trusted Stripe’s payment processing system and never even touches our servers.

How can I get a quote or an invoice?

Standardly, you'll obtain an invoice after you have been charged. You can request a quote or a proforma invoice by contacting us.

What about UXtweak for non-profit organizations, schools or students?

If you are a non-governmental organization (NGO), school, an education provider or a student, you qualify for an extra discount on our subscriptions. Contact us and give us a brief introduction of your organization (the name of your organization, what it is and what it does) and how you intend to use UXtweak. If you're a student, please name your school.
